Idyllic island life begins here at The Village of Stump Sound!.  We are a premier neighborhood, situated perfectly between the ocean and sound at the midpoint of Topsail Island. The Village of Stump Sound, or VOSS, as we are sometimes referred as, is not only one of the best places to own a home in North Topsail Beach, it is one of the best places to own a rental property.  The community is comprised of a delicate blend of full/part-time owners & seasonal renters enjoying community pool, tennis court, clubhouse, & kayak launch. The Village is short drive to both Wilmington & Jacksonville but surrounded by local restaurants, shops, & activities to fill any need.
