Currently, the Clubhouse is for homeowner's use only.  It can be rented for events by contacting Priestley Management at 910-509-7276.  The Clubhouse has recently been renovated and can support an event of up to 40 people.  The views from the Clubhouse are breathtaking, patio tables and chairs are available on the ocean side along with a swing bench.  Internet access and cable TV along with a huge flat screen TV are available.  Board games are available at the game table or you can just sit and relax in one of the several seating areas.  A full kitchen is available and equip with many of the appliances needed for a large gathering.

The Tennis Court is located on Old Village Lane about half way down the road.  The tennis court is surrounded by picturesque trees and was recently resurfaced in May 2020.  The Tennis court also has pickle ball lines for those who enjoy this game!  Please, no skateboards, bikes, roller skates, long boards, etc. in the court area.  The court is for tennis or pickle ball use only!  

A kayak launch is available on Old Village Lane where Old Village Lane meets Green Street.  The sound is absolutely beautiful and worth the kayak or paddle board trip.  The waters are shallow in the sound area, but provide access to deeper waters.  Whether just getting some exercise and enjoying the scenery or fishing from your kayak, it's worth the visit!

Although this may not seem like an amenity, it certainly is to those who live here!  Please pick up after your pets!  Dog Waste Bag receptacles are provided in various areas throughout the community.  There is one outside the clubhouse mounted on the street sign, one at the clubhouse deck and one in the tennis court area.  Please do your part in being neighborly but also keeping our community clean and pick up after your pets.
